It’s been a bit rough the past few weeks. I’ve only posted little since the week after Easter due to a death in my husband’s family. Getting a grip on my own complicated feelings towards the death of my Mother in Law, while expected, happened all too quickly. Trying to support my husband only brought up a lot of mixed emotions (after 34 years of marriage to her son and after having cared for her during her illness) therefore, I had NO mojo to work on cards or anything else for that matter.
But, life goes on so here I go…
Today’s card is a Christmas card…Nothing picks me up more than the holidays. I recently received some goodies from Lawn Fawn and wanted to try them out. Enjoy…..
Here’s a list of the materials used in this card:

The mountains were cut from scrap corrugated cardboard. All materials were bought at Simon Says Stamp, Hero Arts or Amazon.it.
I am entering this card into the following challenges;

space guy hopping on the moon. It’s a fun card and can be used for a boy’s birthday. I used distress inks for background and little crystals for the stars. Too bad you can’t see it too well. I used Jane Allen’s technique for coloring in the white outline of the cut-out and I like how she colored her moon in one of her cards for MFT.
